Please see the directions below on logging into your Cinc account to make your payment.

Register new user

Fill out information: Name, address, email, phone number, association

• Once approved, you will revive an automated email. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder)

• This email will have a link to click on to set up a password. (Be sure to write it down)

• This will allow you to login with your email and new password.

• You can now go to pay assessments to see your balance. 

Here you are also able to set up an automatic payment for a small fee. There is also a fee for one time payments.

Checking is $3.95/each transaction

Credit Card fee is 3.5% of the payment amount.  (This is charged by the software company).
